	2324M & 2348M Mexican Multi Deck Ovens This Mexican Gas Multideck Oven is in a class of it's own.  Our Four-Pan Multideck takesa mere 41.5" of width and 27" depth and holds  four 18"x26" bun pans.  Our Eight-Pan multideck requires only 50.5" of width and will hold eight 18"x26" bun pans.  This Mexican/Enchilada oven can be converted to a Pizza Oven by adding the 650° thermostat.
	C131M & C231M Mexican Countertop Ovens  Our most versitile and cost-effective counter model.  Removable decks in the gas model convert this Mexican/Enchilada oven into a baking or roasting oven.  It features the Peerless "Power-Pak" burner system for maximum efficiency and power.  The C131M is double stackable for an 8-deck capacity.
