Peerless "Sectional" Bake & Roast Ovens offer you the best possible quality with space savings and performance and value added on. Peerless ovens are available in three finishes. Standard is black enamel with Stainless Steel front and all stainless available. Aluminized interior and heavy duty steel decks and a one-year "parts and labor' warranty are also standard.

Sectional ovens by design offer you the availability to pick and choose which configuration suits your needs the best. There are over 12 combinations of commercial ovens to choose from and all models are available in either gas or electric with the exception of our Multi-Deck Oven.  All in which offer efficient use of energy and years of trouble free service.

	CW61B & CE61B Twin Deck Bake & Roast Oven Available in Gas or Electric - These Bake ovens feature large capacity, twin 42" x 32" x 7" aluminized steel reinforced decks.  All Peerless gas sectional ovens feature our 4-cell “Power-pak” burners system for better distribution of heat and better baking ability. All Peerless sectional electric ovens feature calrod elements above and below each deck for the best distribution of heat.  This space saving oven requires a mere 50" of space and is stackable for greater capacity and flexibility.
	CW41B & CE41B Single Deck Bake & Roast Oven Available in Gas or Electric - These Bake ovens feature a large capacity 42" x 32" x 7" aluminized steel reinforced deck.  All Peerless gas sectional ovens feature our 4-cell “Power-pak” burners system for better distribution of heat and better baking ability. 	CW51B & CE51B Tall Single Deck Bake & Roast Oven  Gas or Electric - These Bake ovens feature a large capacity 42" x 32" x 12" aluminized steel reinforced deck. All Peerless gas sectional ovens feature our 4-cell “Power-pak” burners system for better distribution of heat and better baking ability.  All Peerless sectional electric ovens feature calrod elements above and below each deck for the best distribution of heat.  This space saving oven requires a mere 50" of space and is stackable for greater capacity and flexibility.
	2324B & 2348B Multi Deck Bake Oven   This Multi-purpose oven is available in gas only.  Our Four-Pan model is 41"5 wide and 27" deep and holds four 18"x26" bun pans, where our Eight-Pan multideck uses only 50.5" of space and will hold eight 18"x 26" bun pans.  Both models can be converted to enchelada ovens by adding the 650° thermostat, or pizza ovens by also adding pizza stones.   This versitile multideck oven can be used in the soil sampling industry as a drying oven or other industrial applications.
