Terms & Conditions
Sales Tax:
We are required to add sales tax to all Ohio orders. If you are a sales tax-exempt qualified group or individual, please follow these steps.
- When you make your first tax-exempt purchase, enter your tax exemption certificate number in Comments field on the Credit Card Information page during checkout.
- Then fax your state- or federal government-issued certificate to 419-625-4597 within 72 hours for verification purposes. Be sure to include your full name, order number and order date on your fax. If we have not received your faxed certificate within 72 hours, your order will be processed with sales tax.
- All subsequent orders placed must include your certification number in the Comments field to receive the exemption
Shipping:
Most parts will be shipped UPS. The shipping fees on the site are UPS estimates only. Parts that are unable to go UPS due to their size or weight will be shipped common carrier. You will be contacted with final shipping charges and arrangements for freight deliveries.
Minimum order charge is $25.00
Returning Instructions:
- Authorization must be recieived from the factory before merchandise will be accepted back by us.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- No credit is given on transportation costs, UPS, Parcel Post, Etc.
New Standard Limited Parts & Labor Warranty:
Peerless products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the data of installation for parts and labor. Excluded from this warranty are any claims related to items that should have been performed at the time of installations such as: improper utility connections, poor methods of venting, checking gas pressure and calibration of controls. Also excluded are normal maintenance items such as adjustments to pilots, burners and cleaning related issues.
When making a claim for warranty service, during a claim inspection by Peerless or its service representative, it is determined that the equipment has not been used in an appropriate manner, has been modified, or has not been properly maintained, or has been subject to misuse, abuse or misapplication, neglect, accident, damage during transit, fire, flood, riot or act of God, then this warranty shall be VOID. |
