2324M & 2348M Mexican Enchilada Gas Ovens
The "Time Proven" Peerless Multideck ovens are truly in a class of their own. Since 1919, these workhorse ovens by Peerless have served the industry as a world-wide standard for economy and value. We continue to update the design in order to bring the units up to current industry standards in regards to materials used, burners and controls. The four-pan multideck takes up a mere 41.5" of width and 27" of depth, perfect for tight space requirements. It will hold four, 18"x26" bun pans. While the eight-pan multideck only requires 50.5" of width, yet will hold an amazing eight, 18"x26" bun pans.
Both the four- and eight-pan models can be turned into "Pizza Ovens" by adding pizza stones, standard on "P" models. The Mexican restaurant industry, has found these ovens to be a durable workhorse as enchilada or topping ovens. Additionally, the soil sampling industry uses them as industrial drying ovens.

The "2300 series" ovens are constructed on a 14-gauge, hot-rolled base with prime 18 & 20-gauge, cold-rolled top and sides. The interior is made of Armco Type-l, 20-gauge, aluminized steel. The shelves are made of 16-gauge, aluminized steel.
Each of the four decks of the 2324, four-pan oven measure 33"x22"x7.5". They can easily handle a 18"x26" bun pan, two 16" pizzas or a variety of other products. The 2348, eight-pan oven has four, large 42"x32"x7.5" decks capable of holding eight 18"x26" bun pans, twenty-four 12" pizzas, or sixteen 16" pizzas, all using only 50.5" of space
The Peerless multideck ovens are equipped with highly efficient steel tubular burners. The 2324, four-pan oven has two, tubular burners that supply 60,000 BTU's for great performance and fast recovery. The 2348, eight-pan oven is equipped with three tubular burners that supply 90,000 BTU's. All units are equipped with modern safety pilots, thermostats and come with a separate on/ off valve.
