Our store has been open for one year now, and we serve New York style pizza cook on screens placed directly on the oven decks. I must say our Model 2348 is a real workhorse. The biggest business improvement we have made in the last year was upgrading our oven to the 1" Fibrament decks. The upgraded decks hold the temperature much longer and more evenly, so when our high-demand Friday night rolls around we don't slow production a bit throughout the evening. The continuous comments we get about the taste of our curst is proof positive that our Maximizer Oven puts conveyor ovens to shame!
