We at Hi-Way Pizza have been using Peerless Ovens since 1980.  The maintenance is easy.  If a problem would arrise, we just call Peerless and Bryan takes care of it immediately.  We tell anyone who asks, that we use Peerless ovens.  They are not surprised we use the best.
