C131P SET UP AND CALIBRATION
A qualified service technician must perform the following:
…in this order
1.) MANIFOLD Operating Gas Pressure must be checked:
NAT GAS – it should be 4” of water column, as measured using a monometer.
LP GAS – it should be 10” of water column, as measured using a monometer
2.) BY PASS must be set – this ensures the low flame setting on the burners is correct. (see attached instructions)
3.) THERMOSTAT must be calibrated; (see attached instructions) .(With the temperature measuring device in the top deck.)
NOTE: The top deck is the primary deck and should always be used first when cooking.
