CW41/CW61 SET UP AND CALIBRATION

See attached Start-Up Check List & Thermostat Calibration and By Pass Calibration & BAKING STONE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND BAKING SUGGESTIONS

A qualified service technician must perform the following:

…in this order

1.) MANIFOLD Operating Gas Pressure must be checked:

NAT GAS – it should be 4” of water column, as measured using a monometer.

LP GAS – it should be 10” of water column, as measured using a monometer

2.) BY PASS must be set – this ensures the low flame setting on the burners is correct (see attached instructions)

3.) THERMOSTAT must be calibrated; (see attached instructions) (When calibrating, if you have a CW61 model, measure temperature in the TOP deck. In the CW61) The top deck is the primary deck and should always be used first when cooking.
