The ovens we replaced had been in operation for around 25 years. My father purchased this business around 45 years ago and since then we have been making only one style of pizza, always using Peerless ovens. My business is always busy, selling the same style of pizza for all these years.

Throughout the years I have been pushed to change my deck ovens to conveyors ovens, but have refused to jeopardize the quality of my pizza. Some of my friends in the same business have changed to conveyor ovens, but came back to the use of deck ovens after some time.
